Connect your Discord server, set dispatch/log/BOL/maintenance channels, approve drivers, and manage your fleet dashboard.
Make sure ATS is running, telemetry is connected, and the ELD can read truck, load, speed, fuel, damage, location, and trip state.
Create manual loads, import active ATS jobs from telemetry, save history, and send pickup/completion notifications to Discord.
Create bills of lading, export PDF documents, keep load history, and send completed paperwork to the configured Discord channel.
Submit maintenance tickets, record defects, view truck history, mark repairs complete, and keep managers informed.
Discord commands
Use bot commands to set dispatch, BOL, logs, maintenance, and fleet channels. Drivers can link their Discord identity to the ELD for roster and fleet sync.
Troubleshooting
Confirm ATS is running, telemetry is connected, the driver is logged in, Discord channels are configured, and your VTC/server connection is active.
